Massive Transformative Purpose (MTP)
Find something to die and live for, providing clear direction, motivation to overcome challenges, and progress toward goals despite success or failure.
The Massive Transformative Purpose (MTP) originates from Salim Ismail, Michael Malone, and Yuri van Geest in “Exponential Organizations (2014)”. It was then further popularized by Steven Kotler and Peter Diamandis in their book “Bold: How to Go Big, Create Wealth and Impact the World (2015)”, and Steven’s “The Art of Impossible: A Peak Performance Primer (2021)”. However, the contents of this page will also include strategies and methods from other concepts/frameworks, creating a holistic–synthesized procedure that will leave you with a clear vision and purpose aligned with your highest self and values.
